LEXUS DEALERS ASSOCIATON - RETAIL
Brief:
Create a quarterly retail program to feature new sales initiatives for the Dealers and update monthly offers on all 18 dealer associations. Customize the print, digital banners, landing pages and radio advertising for each dealer association monthly.
Results:
During my time working for the Lexus Dealers Association, we had twenty consecutive record breaking sales months and all time best 3-day sales event (their highest volume sales event that happens biannually). We've increased efficiency to an all time high where we are able to update all monthly offers for all 18 dealer associations within the first 2-3 days of the month.
